Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Buyer to join our Global Sourcing & Procurement Team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The Buyer will play a crucial role in our business processes, cost management, and strategic sourcing initiatives at the site level. Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand purchasing needs and requirements.
• Source and procure materials, goods, and services to support manufacturing operations.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable agreements for the company.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and expenses.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to work effectively in a large matrix environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Job Type: Contract
